The Locational Clearance is issued to the lot owners as a pre-requisite in the issuance of Electrical Connection Permit to guarantee that the location is in compliance with the Zoning Ordinance.

▪ Transfer Certificate of Title/Tenurial Instrument (1 Certified True Copy); or

▪ Usufruct Agreement (1, Photocopy, Notarized); o

▪ Affidavit of Undertaking if located along High to Very High Flood Prone Areas and High – Very High Landslide Prone Areas and within the identified Fault Lines (If applicable)
