The Preliminary Subdivision Development Permit (PSDP) is issued to the developers as a pre-requisite in the issuance of Building Permit to guarantee that the subdivision plan and its components are in compliance with the Municipal Zoning Ordinance, National Building Code, PD 957, BP 220, Sanitation Code of the Philippines, and other related laws and policies.
