6. PROVISION OF PRE-MARRIAGE COUNSELING
This service provides pre-marriage counseling to couples aged twenty-four (24) years old
and below who have completed the Pre-Marriage Orientation. The counseling aims to
prepare couples for married life by promoting responsible parenthood, family relationships,
communication, and awareness of their rights and responsibilities as future spouses and
parents.
