Signs and Returns the Waste Material Report (WMR) and endorse custody of unserviceable properties to the Disposal Clerk
2.1 Receives the signed WMR and the unserviceable properties. 2.2 Issues the client a Waste Material Report claim stab and logged at the WMR Log book.

. Receives the WMR claim stab
3.1 Signs the WMR log book and advice the client to wait for one (1) week for the WMR with complete signatures of signatories. 3.2 Submits fully accomplished Disposal Sheet Form and Waste Material Reports (WMR's) to the Records Officer for signatures. 3.3 Submits Waste Material Reports to GSD Officer in Charge and Local Chief Executive for signature. 3.4 Tags all stores properly the unserviceable property with individual Waste Material Report (WMR) Number. 3.5 Stores the unserviceable properties at the waste material storage facility. 3.6 Retrieves the Waste Material Report from the Mayor's Office. 3.7 Advices the client to claim the copy of WMR.
