4. Request for Municipal Endorsement/Mayor’s Permit for Quarry Permit Application to BENRO
A municipal endorsement from the Mayor’s Office forms part of the requirement of BENRO. A site verification shall be conducted by the Municipal Environment Monitoring Team (MEMT) prior to the endorsement of Local Chief Executive.
