MUNICIPAL SLAUGHTERHOUSE

1. REQUEST FOR SLAUGHTERING OF FOOD ANIMALS (HOGS, GOATS, SHEEP, CATTLE, AND CARABAOS) FOR INDIVIDUAL AND OCCASIONAL CLIENTS

This service provides slaughtering of food animals such as hogs, goats, sheep, cattle, and carabaos at the municipal slaughterhouse for individual and occasional customers, ensuring compliance with sanitary, veterinary, and meat inspection standards to guarantee that the meat is safe for human consumption.

Cattle and Carabaos: • Certificate of Ownership (1 Original)

Shall be secured from the MTO of the Municipality where the animal originated.

Hogs, goats and sheep originating from the backyards within Manolo Fortich: • Barangay Certification (1, original)

Barangay Hall where the client resides

Hogs, goats and sheep originating from the backyards outside of Manolo Fortich: • Animal Inspection Certificate (AIC) (1, original)

Municipal Agriculture Office (MAO) of the animal’s origin

For hogs originating from semi commercial or commercial farms within and from outside Manolo Fortich: • Veterinary Health Certificate, concurred by a duly licensed government veterinarian (1, original)
