BUSINESS PERMIT AND LICENSING OFFICE


3. BUSINESS PERMIT APPLICATION (RENEWAL)
The Business Permit shall be renewed annually, between January 1 and 20. Penalties, interest, and surcharges are imposed after this period. Business taxes are computed based on the gross receipts/sales or financial statement. Payments may be made annually, semi-annually or quarterly.

Business Permit and Licensing Office (BPLO)
Community Tax Certificate
Respective Barangay Hall
Proof of annual gross receipts which may include: i. Audited Financial Statements (“AFS”) or unaudited AFS for those who are not required to file AFS with the BIR or ii. Sworn declaration of gross sales or receipts; or iii. Income Tax Return (1 photocopy)

Additional requirements: If processed by a representative: 1. Authorization letter/Special Power of Attorney – for Sole Proprietor (1 original) or Secretary’s Certificate – for Corporation and Cooperative (1 original) 2. Valid identification card of the owner and their representative (1 original)
